I like this, but wonder if linked dc can be used in the round in a non spiral.
@mooglyblog4 жыл бұрын
Yes, though joining the rounds is a little tricky!

Is there a way to start a 4 color spiral with linked double crochet? Thanks, Lois
@mooglyblog Жыл бұрын
I haven't tried it, but if you can do it with 4 colors I would think you could do it with linked sts! You'd want to probably start with sc and work up to dc in each color though? Something to experiment with!

Will this work and lay flat with a large rug?

Once you're done with your rounds or spirals, how would you Level your work?
@mooglyblog3 жыл бұрын
I like to work a series of shorter stitches - so if I'm crocheing a round of dc, I'll make a hdc, sc, then sl st to finish off. :)

Thanks for the tutorial, can you please tell me what size of crochet hook are you using? I'm looking for a size 12 and 16 mm. for a project and I have pending, and I haven't them .

Do u have a video for the slower cross link grab?
@mooglyblog7 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry I'm not familiar with that - is this what you're looking for? www.mooglyblog.com/crossed-stitches/

The part I also mess up is not only the beginning, but also when to increase. just want to double check, so after second round increase 2, than 1, than 2, than 1....eventually for the hat, we do even, right?
@nikkihale43877 жыл бұрын
So even if my pattern calls for 12 dc in the first round, would I still use 3 sc to start or would I use more?
@mooglyblog7 жыл бұрын
You just need a few to build up the height so it spiral smoothly - you can experiment a bit to see what works best for that particular project! :)

I love the stitch but I think you talk to fast and don't give any clear upclose shots in slow motion to show what you're doing. I'm sure its just me being stupid though. No one else seems to be complaining.
