I am glad I happened upon this pattern. The way you taught to finish off the opposite side… I never learned it that way and it makes sense to single slip stitch sc, st, sc, st In the past I would try to do same count but the side would be longer and I would end up decreasing. I couldn’t figure it out. Robin you have taught me so much in the past 3 years. I have only been crocheting for 3 years but I feel I’m learning years worth. ❤

Thank you so much for all the work it takes to bring these lovely videos. You really explain the stitches and go slow enuf to follow you!!! Haha… I’ve been crocheting since I was nearly a toddler. Before I went off to Kindergarten, for sure. My dear Grandmother taught me. She made sooo many pieces with the pineapple stitch, including a table cloth for her monster table I would say the size of a full size bed! She worked on that for years. She passed away about a week after JF Kennedy s assignation. I was like 5 or 6 years old… I think. Been a minute so can’t be sure… lol Have a terrific week! I’m looking forward to your next video alreasy… Virtual hugs!!! -Bobbi-
