We needed a ceiling fan in the loft area of our home. Because of the standard eight foot ceiling, only a flush mounted "hugger" fan was an option, but none of the options available at our local stores matched our decor. That was not going to stop me.
So we bought the fan, and after some delays, I painted it with primer and black paint to match the decor. Followed the instructions, and installed it in a few minutes. It's a great addition to the room, keeps it cooler on those warm days (our house doesn't have air conditioning.) With the cost of the fan and the paint I was able to do this entire project for under $75.00!
Check out how I did it!
