True, but the problem is they make it seem so easy you think you can do it as easily. I eventually got the chicken cut up, but just could not find those joints. Ended up having to saw through the bone.🤣

i know the timer was there to emphasize how quick this is - but i would have preferred a slower video which spent more time teaching exactly how/where to cut the chicken with more close ups. Just some constructive criticism - of my personal preference.

speed comes naturally with experience. You can start slowly and very carefully, to make sure you do everything accurately. When you get more comfortable, maybe by the 100th chicken, I'm sure you'll be faster.

Hey Thomas, I love your show and your hosting but I think what most of the people want to see is how to cut the parts precisely not exactly you doing it within a minute. You always explain how and why you should do things so it would really be great if you can show us where to cut in for certain parts and where to crack etc slowly without speeding it.

Whenever someone is teaching, it takes longer to do the tsk because of the added explanations. I’m sure if he wasn’t teaching, he’d have dissected the chicken in a minute of less. Either speed is impressive!

I cut up my first chicken and pretty much mangled it. My main problem was that my chicken was all slippery and was hard to hold on to. I ended up ripping all of the skin off. Your chicken in the video here looks moist but not slippery. Did you wash the whole chicken first? How does yours looks so dry? I bought a Tyson chicken and the plastic seal wrap was full with water. I had to dump out a lot of water first.
