How to cut a whole chicken into individual cuts
In today's video I will show you how to cut a whole chicken into its individual pieces in a very easy and quick way.
The truth is that there are several ways and techniques to achieve this task of cutting a whole chicken, but here I will show you how to cut a chicken in the way I always do it, the one that I find the easiest and most comfortable.
We will start with a whole chicken that we are going to cut into its different parts. From a whole chicken we will separate the two breasts, the two thighs, the two legs, and the two wings with their individual separations.
Keep in mind that this technique for cutting up chicken does not remove the bones. To remove the bones you will need to know how to debone, which is a subject for another video.
Cutting up a chicken is very useful for a variety of preparations, whether for baking chicken, for preparing individual chicken tenders or for meals in which smaller portions of chicken are required.
