How To Cut Body Fat | Back Workout | Week 4

Whats going on friends! Welcome back to my channel.
In today's video I have reached my halfway mark in my Lauren Simpson Fitness Mini Cut. In this video, I take you through one of my personal favorite back workouts to tone and tighten your back and I chat to you about the mental aspect of reaching the halfway mark in a challenge.
Here is the full back workout
5 min treadmill warmup
Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps (Try go as heavy as possible, but keep your form!)
Exercise 1:
Lat Pulldown (Really open up your scapula by reaching up)
ss Seated Rows
Exercise 2: Deadlifts Rows (keep a neutral straight spine. I am seen looking up, you should rather look slightly down as not to strain your neck)
Exercise 3: Bicep Curls ss Cable lat pulldowns
Exercise 4: Bent over rows ss cable lat pulldowns ss bicep curls
Exercise 5: Cable side lat pulldowns.

Chanelle putting in that work 🏋️‍♀️ in that iron jungle. 👍😊 And we finally got to see those beautiful & strong biceps 💪 and of course solid back , shoulders and triceps as well. Great stuff , a fabulous gift 🎁 to the fans indeed ... Thanks Chanelle. 😄 So I wonder , before you went on this cut challenge , did you often have more calories before or after your workouts ??

Haha. Thank you so much!! Lol I'm not much of a flex person 😋 but thank you. I'm really just out here trying to show how to perform Exercises and for everyone to find their fit. So In theory I always consume more calories before my workouts because I train in the evening. However, everything was kept the same except my overall daily calories have decreased in order for me to cut. It's all about the amount of calories you are consuming.
