In today's video I have reached my halfway mark in my Lauren Simpson Fitness Mini Cut. In this video, I take you through one of my personal favorite back workouts to tone and tighten your back and I chat to you about the mental aspect of reaching the halfway mark in a challenge.
Here is the full back workout
5 min treadmill warmup
Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps (Try go as heavy as possible, but keep your form!)
Exercise 1:
Lat Pulldown (Really open up your scapula by reaching up)
ss Seated Rows
Exercise 2: Deadlifts Rows (keep a neutral straight spine. I am seen looking up, you should rather look slightly down as not to strain your neck)
Exercise 3: Bicep Curls ss Cable lat pulldowns
Exercise 4: Bent over rows ss cable lat pulldowns ss bicep curls
Exercise 5: Cable side lat pulldowns.
