Pretty sure I heard about a group of guys practicing in north Carolina and got invited to attend even though I don't live in north Carolina. You've tried downloading armbet? That app should hook you up with some armwrestlers.

Thanks Bob...your channel is quickly becoming the best armwrestling channel for advice especially for beginners...there is not very many channels like this in English but quite a bit in Russian and if we want the U.S. to be competitive with them we need these kind of channels.

One of my friends plays valorant for like 10 hours a day and as a result his wrists are floppy as hell. Even though I'd normally be able to beat him, the flop wrist is a major problem and it keeps making me lose, so I looked this up 😅

Seems like advice for a top roller, not AW in general. The base of the thumb/radial side of wrist is important in a flop, and hooking takes that away. Isn’t hooking the best way to beat a flop press? Ex: Jerry vs ermes?

Have you any tips for flop wrist pressers against different styles of arm wrestlers? (vs shorter armed pullers or speed pullers for example…)

All you need to do to beat Jerry is be John Brzenk. Got it😎

Ive beaten all teachers the dare face me, but one... Mr V... a flopwrister. My incredible endurance made the match last +1m, but i just couldnt pin his floppy ass wrist so it ended in a draw
@RDS_Armwrestling Жыл бұрын
Yeah some people are just so comfortable in that bent/locked back position. I've been practising it, and it is a mega stretch on the wrist flexors, but I am sure it's possible to become conditioned to it.

What about a flop wrist defense? Took his hand but cant pin him and dont want the strap lol

i'm talking about when his arm is already angled towards the pin pad, on the opposite side of the table compared to this video, but he's trying to slip under when i try to finish
@troytueller99923 жыл бұрын
@@DoctorHomunculous as he said, if you can get behind it to come forward and press after getting him over to the losing side you’ll pin him. Just don’t let go.

I see that, but are you sure that it is a good move going forward? Supermatch Jerry vs travis 2005, when travis try to came forward he lose high, so he drag back again, and he is strong smart and tecnichal... The fact is that Jerry push so hard that almost put his opponent off the pad... Even jhon in 2010 if I'm not wrong, has problem when he went forward. So you think is possible to came forward and gain something? Thank you for your time, and sorry for my bad english
@bobbrownfun3 жыл бұрын
Like I said, you still need the strength to do technique. I showed John this after his match with Jerry.

Hi Bob, would this work against Toddzilla's flopped wrist side pressure move?
@bobbrownfun2 жыл бұрын
This is one of the proper ways to try to beat Todd but like I’ve always said technique only takes you so far you still have to have the strength to back it up.
