@@odytay8612 sorry for responding late. Do follow shaan's content and try to understand mechanics of anxiety. In the start of your journey i would strongly suggest that dont try to feel good or comfortable just allow the symptoms. Moreover, allowing anxiety is also a game of practice. In the start, it is very common to feel confused regarding accepting or allowing the anxiety. As you keep doing it, you master it. Finally, as you master doing it, recovery is all yours. Your channel had drastically helped and changed my perspective on 'nervous illness'. All other channels were emphasizing on the symptoms rather than how to actually cope and recover from it.its obviously a gradual journey, but you can certainly have a full recovery ❤.

This was huge for me Shaan! Go crazy, sadness, lack of motivation etc. You sure hit it on the head as always! It's funny how anxiety can be your best friend and worst enemy!

i feel like i’m at the stage of recovering where i’m trying to feel happy again. it all started with a huge panic attack that turned into anxiety derealization and depersonalization but i overcame both of them now i’m just in a state of depression i can’t laugh with my family or friends and when i do i’m forcing it i also have a weird numb feeling in my head that just throws me off and makes me sad. i think overcoming this will fully heal me because i basically don’t have any physical symptoms anymore

Feel the feelings but keep doing what you’re needing to do. Just like you allow palpitations, dizziness, and so on, allow feelings. They will pass. Every time you try to feel a certain way, the opposite happens. If you try to chase a positive emotion, it doesn’t work. Feelings are not goals in and of themselves, they are results or consequences. The response is the same, they are so under the anxiety umbrella. There’s no right or wrong, good or bad, no judgement about your feelings. Don’t put a narrative around it. Accept them, allow them. You sabotage your recovery by judging them. How you feel is how you feel. Let it happen.

NGL I went through a few of your videos and I'm not exagerrating when I say it felt like you were in my head. I started thinking I could be getting brainwashed. I was thinking this because A: I give into catastrophizing thoughts often and B: I was thinking that even if this method that makes a lot of sense works for the panic/intrusive thoughts/etc... it can't possibly work for those deep rooted heavy feelings that I will still have afterward. This video clears that up. True acceptance is to stop chasing a state, and rather to accept right now for what it is, whether it's good or bad. Chasing something just empowers the belief in your mind that you haven't caught it, and you thus you will never believe you have caught it.

Shaan i know you are doing such a great job by helping people but the biggest problem is that as i asked u earlier when one is fully overcome from all the physical symptoms and living normally still is he at any risk of having heart disease later on in life due to anxiety he faced once..... My brother only this doubt or irrational thought makes me come back to the cycle of anxiety.... I have a very tough profession where it is mandatory to be robust at physical and mental level still i have not quit this job that is why i am requesting you again and again to make a video with proper explanation on this because u have a lot of information on this as u meet a number of anxiety sufferers around the world.... And am sure this is the problem of almost every anxiety sufferer please eradicate this doubt 🙏🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊😊

We just have to accept ALL of our thoughts. Feelings and physical symptoms.....relax. .allow them all to happen. It takes TIME. GO TO DR AND GET BLOOD WORK AND Check UP DONE. ...rule everything out. If you're ok .you know it's anxiety. Throw it all under the anxiety umbrella And then go from there
