I just want to remind you that whoever is judging you is also a human being!! whatever they say and think is just a reflection of how they feel about themselves. No one has the right to make you feel that you're not good enough, you carry on and focus on yourself and your own path. You are WONDERFUL the way you are and you are ENOUGH 💕 Sending love

Oh this one is so powerfull and so true. My son is a talented ⚽ player and was bullied by his teammates encouraged by their parents. True, he's got some edge that sometimes makes it hard to get along with him. By no means he's a menace to society, though. We left the team and the school. Guess what, they were still hating over Whatsapp. None of our family responded to any these provocations. We have lived your advice in the real life and ouch, it is sooo true.

Right on! The best general message I ever got from these narcissism channels was not to give them that "NEGATIVE SUPPLY" they're craving. (That's why they make MOUNTAINS OUT OF MOLEHILLS out of nowhere... Whether it's conscious or subconscious on their part? Only God or they truly know and they would actually have to be honest with themselves to get to the bottom of that mystery!)

Yes, I agree! When people are presented with anything cute/ beautiful/ lovely expressing the Positive and responding with hate shows they are uncomfortable and respond out of jealousy with a negative response! They probably had a very negative upbringing by" highly critical " people in their formative years. Total tragedy for them and eventually us.
@egg-iu3fe3 жыл бұрын
usually haters hate because you managed to trigger them somehow. Usually I react harshly to haters, start abusing them and stuff but that just gets me in trouble. The best way is to take satisfaction that you irritated them to the point they had to hate and that right there is a win.

You have answered my life long question... I've had so many haters, I even wrote their names down earlier this year and came up with 100 I've had in my whole life. It made me realise that they're not going away, and it's nothing to do with me. I know I'm a good person, I know I'm doing good things, so if anyone hates me for that, then it doesn't make any sense - meaning, it's their issue. God, thanks Brendon! I really want to start putting on personal development videos but I've been too damn afraid. I've been preparing myself in other ways, but I gotta take the plunge and just do this, man!

Often when you understand the psychology of a hater, you'll realize that it has absolutely nothing to do with you. The hater is confused, insecure and actually hates themselves; and is just looking for someone else to unload the heavy load they are carrying, so they can feel better. That's pretty sad.

Love this! You are SO right. When people judge you, its all about THEM, not you. It’s wonderful advice to say to anticipate the haters because like it or not, they will always exist. We can learn to look at them through the eyes of compassion and understand that they must be going through some pretty bad stuff to be needing to try to tear others down. Thank you for this beautiful reminder, and for always being such a force of positivity. The world needs more people like you! Wishing everyone a truly extraordinary day! 😊✨✨

You're totally right. Helped me realize I don't need to care what haters say to me. For a while, I'd been beating myself up, and nobody would ease up on the shaming. I was once taken to my boss's office with her and a high-ranking chef. The chef told me that I've been touching my coworkers too much ( *_casually,_* on arms or shoulders). I was always very outgoing and tactile at work. She told me that we need the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment. That I shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school or tell my stories, because they may be inappropriate or upsetting (can't remember her exact words) to others. Now yeah, I pretty much didn't have a filter, but I don't think I said anything *_horrible._* I only meant to have fun with my crew. I really didn't get specific information from the chef about subjects and references. She likes that I'm outgoing, but she made it sound risky and needing limits. And again, that I shouldn't touch anyone without consent. I didn't mean any harm or discomfort. If I had known anyone would feel either, (though technically no one showed signs), I would _not_ have touched them. And anyway, people casually do it to each other. But despite my side, whenever I expressed my story on YT videos, commenters would still make me feel bad, as if I didn't feel bad enough. "Well, you shouldn't be touching coworkers" or "You sound like a creep" or "The workplace is not where you act that way." I thought, "Why can't someone just respond to my story and shame without talking about my wrongdoing or correcting me?" But you know what? It's okay. It's _their_ problem. I owned mine. I own if I made anyone uncomfortable, and I would make it up to them if I knew whom. I don't think I'm a bad person, and if others do, who cares? It doesn't matter what others think of me, it's what I think of myself, and I think I'm a good, conscientious person. I just made some mistakes, but I'm gonna forgive myself for them.

This made me feel so much better. I hate invalid criticism. If it is valid and it has a point, I do take it into consideration or I reflect on myself to better myself. But I do get ridiculous hates for no reason time to time. I laugh about it at first. But sometimes during the hard days, all those hateful words visit me and haunt me. I really liked " Don't engage with them. Engage with yourself " I am going to write this down in my diary. Thank you

Brendon, your videos are inspirational. Just a small thought. A lot of this is about online. I live in a very rural community in the UK. I am trying very hard to build a business which has gathered a tribe as you describe. And haters. Some of us don't have any online presence. We have to deal with small villages. People in real life sabotaging us. I'd love you to do something focused on all of us out with the cows and sheep who want to make a difference! By that I mean people who attack in real life not via a computer screen. It is a small point as I learn so much from you. But the non online community is an interesting conundrum.
