I think what Dr.Puff is telling us is that we should see negativity as lessons in disguise than avoiding negativity. Let's be real as humans we have thoughts and feelings come up every single day, and to combat them is see them as lessons to allow ourselves to become better version of ourselves than seeing negativity as bad things. My thoughts on this is as a spiritual woman diagnosed with depression to deal with negativity is Journaling, yoga, meditation, exercise, art, and writing it allows me to express myself and be my true self. What's even better is I am an introvert and I am embrace it wholeheartedly because there's benefits of being alone, and I find my peace and real self being alone. Also, I'm grateful for coming across your channel I am love with voices like yours that are calming and soothing as if you're putting me to sleep.

I'm moving to a new state soon in early retirement (exciting, right?!), but I keep focusing on the negative things in the news about that new state rather than all the reasons why we picked this new state. My husband gave me some real wisdom, "Don't fill in uncertainty with speculation." It's so true!

Dr. Puff I've been listening to your podcast for a couple of years. Today I found your channel on KZbin. I would like thank you for the great podcast which really help people. I would also like to ask you to cover the topic of war a bit deeper. We need yours teaching and help. A lot of people in Ukraine straggle and overwhelmed with negativity. War and death on TV 24/7 and everywhere around. Could you show us the way out of negativity towards ourselves and happiness?
