Hey Dan, before we get on a call with a client they first have to go through our free trial funnel, so we capture all leads. What I am now implementing is a Webinar funnel to be able to coordinate multiple leads on a live demo session and be able to answer a few questions, this is separate from our 1-on-1 sessions with clients which is a bit more laser-focused on discovering their particular need, but I believe the webinar funnel will be a great way to engage multiple leads early in the sales process while creating some leverage with sales team;

Hey Dan, really informative video here. I am an entrepreneur coming from running a specialty glazing company in South Florida and I am now getting into SaaS. I am very close to landing a leadership role within a startup company that has too many leads, and no real processes or manpower to assist all these opportunities.
