Dear Doctor Rowe, I am in Australia and found your KZbin about 2 years ago, for which I'm so glad and grateful. Ever since, I've tried quite a few of yours, all worked for me! (Except the one for tinnitus). Waking up this morning, I had an acute upper back pain, especially on the right side. So,.I just searched yours and found this one. I followed a few movements, the acute pain was gone! Only a bit mild pain. Remembering that one for the right arm pain (which I followed and worked!), I applied Australia Tea Tree oil to that affected area, asked my husband to use a spoon to scratch it. The moment he said my skin has turned very red, I know it's working! Sure enough, by this afternoon, the pain has completely gone! Only a bit minor uncomfortable. I can't thank you enough and want to let you know that many of your videos 2 or 3 years old,. still work for me. And it's very easy to find the one I need. I dared to recommend your videos to my relatives and friends, because you have included your details at beginning of each video. A heartfelt big thank you ❤

I can't tell you how much the middle of the night stretch has saved my life. I have been suffering from severe pain in my upper back for over a year. I've been to several chiropractors and have gotten minimal to no relief. I have been doing that stretch multiple times a day and my pain has disappeared. The first couple times I did it, it was like a machine gun going off. Now only ever 1 or 2 slight pops. THANK YOU!

You sir, are the kindest chiropractor there is, sharing knowledge to self apply these techniques! Very clear instructions, very easy to perform! Today I woke up and was amazed that my right shoulder finally feels almost painless! I am following your instructions for a few days now and am relieved from the pulling forces on the chest-muscles that the rib was causing. Also did the front pose stuff to release tension from chest, back, shoulders, neck and back muscles Did also massage the muscles a bit to relax even more, the side of my chest was the most sensitive part b.t.w!! But never felt it before! Today I give my muscles some rest and doing another 1.5 hour session tomorrow to stretch and improve stability and strength! I planned to keep doing this for a few months, with some rest days in between. I've been walking around for years with build up stress and tension in the muscles all over my body! Had some psychological support for coping with pain and treatment for three hernia's between neck, shoulders and lower back. Because of the hernia's the muscles in my whole body, never wanted to be in a resting position, but kept in a forced tension to keep the spine joints very tight together, even after the hernia's were gone the problems with the muscles still existed. And now finally I can feel releave and the muscles are becoming in a more relaxed state, just as my mind! I can set my intention to the tensed muscle during a session and "tell" it to go back in it's relaxed position! It takes some time, sometimes with muscle twitches and small cramps, but it's controllable! I'm glad I already walked the path of being more connected with the body by mind, I'm doing Wim Hof's breathing technique to regain and improve that connection. This really helps in controlling and connecting with the muscles in my body! I wanna thank you very, very, very, much!! You sir, are a hero to me!!!
