Dry Bar comedy has some hilarious clean comedians. Check out the one about mellenials. Im 59 and enjoy it and old 70s sitcoms to relax.

Aww sending you a hug. I have had ptsd and anxiety and panic disorder and depression all my life. The Lord has helped a lot. I hope you get better. Try some vitamin D3 with K2. You can get both in one little gel cap on Amazon. By sports research. Helps with mood and even covid. Magnesium lysinate glysinate helps too. I use drs best chelated 100 mg 2 at a time before bed. Helps you relax and sleep better. Also helps neuropathy. Foot pain left in 2 mo and as long as I take it, it stays gone. Now if I could just find something for arthritis pain in joints.

I think I have forgotten how to laugh as the stresses of life take over also im a 24/7 carer for my husband and sufferer with fibromyalgia so life can be tough ,thankyou for your vidios dr there very helpful ,God bless x

Well when I wanna stress bust these days I just look at something likely to make me smile or chuckle to myself. I'm never that stressed for long these days. Feeling damn tired though, medical condition, finally its getting sorted... And I consider myself lucky in this respect and particulary in this world 🌎

Dr my bp 140/90 for 15 years, now my age is 35 yrs old , but now i start Amlodpine 5mg , however now i need stop this tablet and instead of it i suppose to use the mixchure of Garlic ,Lemon, Oil Livia,hanny as you have lectured , can i will do these ?

I really love those videos related to stress, I started to get worried about getting sick because I slowly developed Emetophobia and then IBS, and I almost stopped eating because I am so afraid of flare up, almost each time I get horrible nausea and I feel terrible. I used to be a panic attack sufferer but I've learned to control them... this morning I watched one of your anxiety videos and it helped me to relax.
