Quick tip for selecting all the holes, you can hit "select by diameter" just underneath and it'll pick all the holes in one operation. Also when dimensioning the original hole location it's better to use the dimension tool and use the edges as a reference. They way you've used the trim tool there it's lost the original reference to the rectangle and is no longer constrained

I use the free student version and just renew it each year. It works for what I do now but I may upgrade if I need to😁

Rank beginner here but, why do you need Easel? Can't you just export gcode from Fusion360?

Thanks for taking the time to help with this. I have designed some guitar parts in Easel but it won't carve the radius on the back of the neck, do you know if it's possible to import the drawing into Fusion and create the radius then export back to Easel to use Easel G code to carve it? I'm using a MacBook by the way. Thank you

Where did the 1mm surface cut depth come from? I didnt see you selecting that anywhere.

It looks like it is the difference between the model height (as defined in Design), and the physical size as specified in the Setup as Fixed Box

great video...i do not under stand why you did 18 + 18 for board thickness...why that formula...thank you for the video.

Thanks mate. I needed the holes to go through the spoil board into the base board for threaded inserts.both are 18mm thick so instead of in my head thinking 18 plus 18 is 36 I can just type 18+18 and fusion with do the maths for me. In this case it's not hard but it's a habit I developed that is very helpful when adding or subtraction odd amounts. (I.e if my boards were 17.972mm I could just type 17.972+17.972 instead of the maths in my head)

It's burning because you're using a downcut bit
