As is a tale, so is life. Not how long it is, but how good it is, is what matters.

Sacred walk in the evening, that's interesting. I just wanted to let you know that your daily email are amazing. It has helped me a lot. I also follow the no mobile phone routine. I am trying to build a routine gradually.

3:05 Do you do the daily review during bedtime or in the morning? I am using the "Evening Reflection" of The Daily Stoic Journal for this review.

"Life is a gift.Whether you believe It was gifted by God or anything else.Use life.Live happy.Try your best.Because if you take it for granted you'll never be happy." -me Gabriel Swanepoel When I was young I had that same fake depression that our generation has.I believed I was depressed. But then it took me meeting this girl.We started getting close and she was happy.I looked through my life.I saw my phone,my friends,my home and most important. My family.I had life and I was ignoring it feeling sorry and acting sad when I had so much.I was finnally happy then that girl I had met passed on.It took her death for me to truly have graditude for life.I started reading, played violin and even wrote some books(for fun) and everything he says in this video. Its true.Living in the present.Day by day.If you make your days worth it it just makes it all feel better.Value joy and all this around you.I know its hard for some. But in the end we who have been gifted more should be happy and value life and not make these "tik toks" and fake depression stuff. We need to value everything even during this pandemic.I think life lived day by its really a gift and we should value it more then we do now. PS:Salvation writing on writco free to download of course and free to read I have some books there but really its just for fun
