How To Develop A Blues Guitar Solo

Here you can learn the secrets of how to develop a blues guitar solo. The main concept is very easy and explained in a half hour, but you can work on it for 20 years and you will always find something new.
The centre of the concept is the question / question / answer / question / resolution / question concept used on a 12 bar blues. In this case it’s a standard blues form in the key of G :
G / G / G / G
Question / - / Question / -
C / C / G / G
Answer / - / Question / -
D / C / G / D
Resolution / - / Question / -
You start with this formula you see above and the chorus by chorus you start to do variations related to that formula and at the end you come back to where you started at the beginning.
