How to Develop White Crane Full Body Power

The White Crane system is famous for its springy power or shaking jin. Producing this kind of power is only possible after the practitioner has allowed the training to change their body and how it works.
The power comes up from the floor and is directed by the centre of the practitioner's body by the hip/waist. This power is transferred to specific parts of the body through paths called Jin Lu. These paths need to be developed through correct training.
This is a basic summary of how I teach the progression of power production.

Awesome stuff! I've never seen white crane explained so clearly. In White Crane, is there a stage where the power is manipulated while being thrown to create a whipping force, or is shaking force the primary power you're going for?

Thank you for your comment! 🙏…. There are a number of ways to create power, whipping power from the waist is one of the first and most basic forms of power production. But as we develop our body and change it to be able to move internally. Power becomes more refined and varied. 🙂
