How to DISABLE Beeps on your Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer

I thew out my manual and had a hard time finding this information so I decided to make a quick video showing how to disable the sounds from the Instant Vortex Plus and restore peace and quiet in your home.

Hah, I can totally relate! My only regret is not figuring this out sooner. Not just loud but SO MANY beeps, we don't generally preheat ours, I like to just throw the food in and go and while it'll keep heating when preheat is over it beeps, when halfway through i done, it beeps, when nearing the end of cooking, it beeped. Prior we had a philips with a manual timer dial that just had one ding at the very end which was perfect. I like this air frier though in other regards, more room and the light/window is quite useful. Enjoy yours and thanks for commenting.

@ I got it for my guy so he would stop microwaving bacon. I don’t really use the microwave or the air fryer. So every morning when he would do his breakfast, all the beeping on the microwave and the beeping on the air fire was driving me insane, so I finally turned all the peeps off, and now harmony is restored.

Was disassembling my air fryer to destroy the speaker until i seen this... lol Works on the instant vortext air fryer 6qt. Just hold time and temp.

I probably would have done the same had I not found out it can be turned off! My old air fryer had one "ding" when it was done, that was ok but this one was driving me crazy. I usually omit letting it heat up and just put my food in, works fine but the incessant chimes were annoying. Glad my video helped.

If you turn off the airfryer from the plug and turn back on will it remember its been muted? Or I have to mute it again everytime i plug it in?

We've had power outages and our muting held so I don't believe it'll start beeping again if you unplug it.
