@ I got it for my guy so he would stop microwaving bacon. I don’t really use the microwave or the air fryer. So every morning when he would do his breakfast, all the beeping on the microwave and the beeping on the air fire was driving me insane, so I finally turned all the peeps off, and now harmony is restored.

Stay with Peak Design. I have Peak Design and BlackRapid for over 10 years and they NEVER fail on me. The QD has small ball bearings that causes wear and tear. You say your camera already dropped twice. If you don't feel that it is a safe system, then why use it?

We've had power outages and our muting held so I don't believe it'll start beeping again if you unplug it.

They're still touring around doing this show, you could be hypnotized in person :). Definitely worth checking out if they have a date near you and Tristan is really cool as a person too. The name of the show is the Linda Ronstadt Experience, she also does her own music but more of those shows are in and around Nashville.

You basically answered all my questions. I'm going to need 2 adapters for what I need. The USB-c => Trrs AND the Trrs splitter. Although I think that some Usb-C=>Trrs splitters exist. Might make it easier for those who need to connect an external microphone and a headphone. Thanks a lot !

Our stainless steel Vitamix container blade lasted 3 years and is “NOT” removable from factory, beware! It was out of warranty by 2 1/2 months. My wife spoke to rep and manager and they apologized and said we have to buy another container for nearly $200, ouch!

I had Vitamix look at this video and they sent me a new one, so far no issues yet but it's only been a couple of years. Overall we've had positive experiences with Vitamix, in one instance I dropped one of the plastic containers, the handle broke. I was honest with them and told the it was my fault, they said it's technically not under warranty but agreed to send me a new one free of charge understanding that accidents do happen. Our 7500 has an issue with the speed controller, it's not bad enough to stop us from using it but it doesn't ramp up smoothly, it is out of warranty so we're just living with it. I'm pretty sure the blade assembly is removable from any of the containers, I know I took the one out of my broken plastic one and saved it so I'd have an extra after receiving the new one. It's just a big nut on the bottom, probably a special tool exists but I was able to turn it with something home-made in the wood shop. You may want to check youtube for blade replacement videos before buying an entirely new container.

Go with a Hejnar foot instead... they use a bolt to attach the foot to the lens and so far the steel QD cutouts have held up well witg my magpul QD. They are also less expensive than Kirk...and i believe superior ( amd made in USA)

I had similar issues and decided to open the pump unit. I do confirm that these black flecks are coming from the rubber tubing getting deteriorated.
