When you pull up the .TRC file, you should always save a copy to a back up folder, before doing any amendments to it, so you can restore things if you mess up.

Select E85 or E89 for an E87. Yes you can code out the pad warning light with NCS expect.

Good video, great to know this can be done! Just out of curiosity, is there anywhere I can find the code references for our cars? Like you mentioned iCarly can do it all but expensive, I’d rather do what you do and code manually. Just be nice to know what code means what do you know what to change to suit our needs etc.

You can also stop the initial gong after startup. That is somethimg like check control seatbelt warning in the coding list. Did this a few days ago for a friend of mine. It is lovely to start the car and don't hear a gong. But indeed the seatbelt warning light will remain on which is not annoying at all.

Hi, how do I disable a window light on my BMW 320i 3 series E90? The window is not functioning but closed up. Every time I turn the engine on, the window light is on and beeping all along till the engine is off.

@@mukwatiproh8404 What I will suggest you to do Turn on engine let car warm etc and what u need to try out is from driver side Power window Switch. Hold it up for about 10 seconds or so and the window motor Actuator should reset and the Error should go away. I will try to see if I can find video online
