I currently own a company and am thinking of how to best structure what I’m loosely calling a “branch” of an affiliated company. Do you already have a video regarding this? Thanks, if a company was set up and dormant and no longer required as the business is not going ahead afterall, is it sufficient to sign board res form and electronic dissolution application

Thank you for your comment Sandra. if you haven't already informed HMRC that your company is dormant, then we would recommend letting them know here - www.gov.uk/tell-hmrc-your-company-is-dormant-for-corporation-tax. It is unlikely you will need to pay a fee if the company has been dormant and you are dissolving the company.
