Great idea with the pool hose. You may have already done this but adding sand bags to your platform would stabilze your camera tripod and maybe keep it on the track better

@MyPlayHouse8 жыл бұрын
Hi TheJeroenl Sorry I won't do disclaimers on my videos. In a disclaimer you tell the user/viewer alle the things you are not accountable/responsible for. But what about the rest,, if it wasn't in my disclaimer,, then it might be my fault,, I did not, not say not to do that. I do server videos,, if someone erases an entire SAN because i did not, not say not to do it on that version in a produktion environment. If I start telling folks what not to do, they will stop thinking them selv,, and get hurt.

Yeahhh... "A" for effort, buuuuut that's not really how you execute that shot. For one, you need a gimbal. Not to mention, if you are going to use a dolly for this, you need a proper tripod dolly base, where one of the wheel sets can swivel. Look, I get it DIY until the wheels fall off... but, um... the wheels are off. PLUS, you made everyone sit through that entire tutorial and didn't include a test shot of your efforts? For shame and a dislike. (And I NEVER dislike tutorials. Life rewards effort, right?) But I feel violated lol
@MyPlayHouse5 жыл бұрын
Hi D Hope Thank You very much! I am also sorry that I did not include that shot,, It would have been so easy :-/ and I got a lot of comments that you wanted to see that.. sorry. Thank you for watching! :-)
@wildwestadventures35832 жыл бұрын
Dhope you're being a jerk. The guy did the best he could with what he had. Also you don't need a Gimbal to accomplish the shot. Hollywood has been executing shots like this for years with only a dolly. It will work better with a platform that the operator can sit on to operate while a grip pushes the dolly though.
