I was trying these last night and either just did an early backroll kiteloop or chickened out every time 😂😭 I thought I had to rotate when I pulled the loop, not when I actually felt the pull. Thanks for the tips! I can't wait to get the rotation 🤙

If Triple-S were not canceled, I'd be watching you there about now...instead I'm watching this video. Although I'd rather see you send it live, this video will have to do for now. Thanks!

What length lines do you think I should use for my first time trying it?
@EwanJaspan4 жыл бұрын
Hey Lachlan. Anywhere from 21-24m works as an easy looping length to start. Any shorter and it become quite aggressive

Hi Ewan, great vid, thanks. Is the body movement to initiate the roll similar to that of an S-bend? I mean the mechanics, not the directlion obviously.. Is the pull from the loop necessary or is it possible to try the late backroll rotation in a regular jump?
@David-cu1xy4 жыл бұрын
It's not really like an S-bend. You can do a late backroll without loop but the rotation becomes much harder. if you do it with a loop the best moment to start the rotation is after the loop when you see the kite going up again already. Rotate your body with all the strength you have and go for it!
