I need you to be my dance teacher! But seriously, I used to be able to do this, until my Crohn's Disease started acting up and left me in the hospital in and out for almost a year. I was super flexible, but 8 years of training for me to end up in the hospital barely able to get my leg straight for me to make a V while sitting down. Luckily, it's been a couple of weeks, and I now have my splits (Thanks to my natural flexibility, and you're videos) so thank you!

Can you please make a video on how to improve your axle or how to do an axle. By the way, I love your channel and you have let me be able to grow as a dancer even without classes (because they were canceled due to COVID), so thank you so much for posting!!!
@yumyumoryuck86754 жыл бұрын
Something that really confused me about learning penche is I assumed if you had good splits - even good over splits - that you would be able to do a perfect penche. I guess I thought penche was just a standing split. But it seems like they are actually 2 different things? You have to train penche in penche. Thanks for the video Auti!
