The bad arch is when for a moment she formed a sad mouth smile, i mean an arch that go up and later go down, you have to try to have the pelvis and the whole bavk attached to the floor after the crunch

Keep your back flat on the ground. Your lower back tends to lift off the ground when you lower your legs too far down. Similar to if you're doing flutter kicks... If you get lazy, your lower back will lift. This takes the tension off of your abs and puts it in the arch of your back. Not what you want :) Main thing... focus on keeping your back on the ground and then work on the range of motion where you can keep contact. Your range will increase as your core strength increases.

You know what I'm putting weights on my tummy cuz wtf ab workouts only burn when I arch my back...the only thing that burn now that I'm teaching myself NOT to arch my back...is my FUCKING LEGSSSSS....which is great... ... ... ... ..ON LEG DAYYY!

@@agentpandakat it sounds like you're overworking your hip flexors. putting weights on your abs to keep your back down will just make it worse. Try dead bugs and frog crunches (really squeeze your heels together) to take tension off of your hip flexors and isolate your core.

I got too much fat on top of my stomach muscle to know if I’m using my core to lift up instead of using momentum

Regular crunches! I recommend that and doing 6 inch raises and/or boat crunches if you possibly can. You should aim to be doing around 100+ crunches a day. 👍
