I have what I believe is a 15-20 rep patience window for any workout. So it's always with added weights that I workout my core, else it doesn't feel like I'm working out at all. And i can't do this kind of routines till failure (which for me would take atleast 100 reps). I'll easily get bored by the 10th rep if it doesn't feel like I'm pushing myself.

@gur262

Given you havent gotten an answer. Ive always been at risk at making it 3 months if i was outa gym for 3 weeks. Been training on and off. Often for some reason avoiding certain bodyparts. It wasn't that much i guess. Pandemic. Had been gaining 50lbs or so. Now 250lbs and no gym for a year or so. All strength gone id say. I go back. And i bounced back. Creatine but im not sure that was it. Lots and lots of protein. That helped. January. Im now stronger than I've ever been. Literally. Evrry single lift. I had never gone over 200kg legpress. Im over 28 yo. Right now i can do 350 kg(700+lbs ) 5x. In January i was still 250 lbs though some less fat id guess. Lost 20lbs since then. Counting calories and protein, though not everyday. 130_200g a day. Under 2k calories and i steadily lose weight. High protein makes it more bearable than any diet ive ever been on and ive lost weight in the past n held it. I know intermittent fasting is in but for me little gulps of protein rich food or shakes seemed to help, every couple hours. Kept my stomach from rumbling. Taught me to feel full enough without stuffing myself
@gur262

So id say. Just go to the gym. Do some cardio. A bike tour or 2 a week.5_30 min cardio at the gym 2. Sometjmes sprint sometimes relaxed. Train every major muscle group. 1 quick warmup with no weight almost. Go heavier every set. Dont track too closely. Make sure you strengthen rotator cuffs.

@AaronSF I have been through a similar experience but I can assure you it's all about the mentality, our mind creates a limit and makes us believe we can't progress further. So just FCK everything and get into the right mindset , start home workout , go for walks AND be the best version of yourself. REMEMBER, excuses never help, actions do!!
