Just found your channel and am currently binge watching your beginner videos. I have taken a sudden interest in lifting, but I don’t know how to use any of the machines at the gym! I appreciate how detailed you are, and please continue to make beginner workouts. Thank you!!! :)

I started a new gym last week and i’m so intimidated with half the machines because they’re all so different from the ones in my old gym. Haven’t used half of them yet because of this but these videos are really helping!

Thanks! This is super helpful. I'm interested in getting the most out of my gym's cable crossover machine, but want to make sure I'm using good form. I'd love to see more videos like this one for a well-rounded range of upper and lower body basic exercises on the cable crossover.

What weight do you suggest to start with and so you don't bulk up, just tone up.

Louise Cornwell-Morlin I always recommend starting with the lightest weight possible & when you can do 12-15 reps comfortably with good form, then increase the weight. 🙌🏼 Unless your nutrition also reflects and supplements muscle growth, you’re consistently training 3-5 days/week for 3+ years with a focus on hypertrophy, looking bulky will be the least of your worries. 👍🏼

Try pushing the entire weight stack down & then pulling the pin out, that might help! ☺️

She's doing an in depth tutorial that gives you cues for proper form and teaches you how to setup the machine, it's a value. Learning new things takes more time than doing things you know.
