Your videos are always the answers i need. Like things i never thought i need to know. This channel needs to grow way more. It's sad that the information you need to hear gets way less views than the things you like hearing...

I said before too and again, some of the best graphics on videos to help explain and the recording is super good quality too. You do a lot of equipment tutorials and heavy weights. What videos or routines can you share where weights are not included, like cardio, stretching, or other exercises? Beginner level most likely?

huda farhat Thanks sm, babe! 🥰🙏🏼 Start wherever you feel comfortable! 🙌🏼 Whether that’s one machines or doing dumbbell workouts-simply start with whatever you’re comfortable with and then slowly incorporate other things into your routine. There’s no right/wrong place to start. 🙏🏼 Feel free food scroll through my “Beginner Workouts” playlist here on KZbin for more beginner-friendly workouts for a good place to start. ☺️

Question: I just started using the smith machine and I could say my form is pretty decent. Is there a difference with using the regular bar bell as oppose to using the smith machine? I’m definitely not ready to use the bar bell and I need to work on my balance and strength

I was going to ask the same question. Smith seems safer...
@naomikong

Khristine Montaque The Smith Machine is great for transitioning into a free weight barbell, however, it doesn’t always allow a natural range of movement since you have to move according to the bar instead of the bar moving with your body’s motions & bc of that, it also doesn’t allow you to engage and strengthen your stabilizer muscles as much as using a free weight barbell. I’d say that the smith machine is great for if you eventually want to transition to a free weight barbell, but are a little intimidated by a free weight barbell/the barbell is too heavy for you. But I personally wouldn’t recommend squatting on the smith machine forever. ☺️

Hi, does having poor ankle mobility improve in squat or do I need to improve it in another excercise in order to do squats? The other day I tried free weights and man so frustrating! But I want to overcome it.
@naomikong
@naomikong 4 жыл бұрын
Lucasart328 Both! I’d recommend to keep practicing squatting as well as incorporating some ankle mobility exercises into your routine as well. 🙌🏼 You got this! 💪🏼

I joined my schools workout class and we cant use the barbell on our shoulder. So we have to use the bar by holding it on our front hands

Hi naomi, my knees were shaking when I trying to get up from squat. Is it too heavy or I wearing the wrong shoes (my shoes was slightly high instead of the flat one)
