Great video with great tips! I use Innersense Hydrating Cream Hairbath, Hydrating Cream Conditioner, Detox Hair Mask, Hydrating Hair Mask and Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner. I'm still hooked on the Kinky Curly Curling Custard for my gel. Innersense products are exceptional and despite the price, recognize that the products will last because a little goes a long way.

I wish I had been using a bonnet at night some years ago when my hair was very healthy and full styled naturally using curling rods for a healthy curly look. After years of not wearing a bonnet, and turning more gray my hair has suffered and has begun thinning not looking as healthy. I'm currently wearing a 100% natural hairstyle that I'm slowly beginning to not feel very good about. I'm using Natural-All shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil both with Avocado. I would like to go back to the curly styles which were the more manageable and more attractive style for me but first wish to get my hair growing and healthier and possibly do away with the gray by adding color - What do you suggest?

Hello!! Yes it’s necessary to sit under a dryer or diffuse your hair if you want the style to last. Under the dryer, the product creates a cast which allows the curls to set and last way longer than air drying. I have air dried my own hair 2 times since 2015… It did not look the same nor did it last..

Hi!!! Thanks for watching my videos:) So I don’t suggest it if you have fine hair. If the hair needs a little moisture and is medium to coarse textured hair.. use just a little. Innersense’s gel is a very firm hold so a little leave in does not soften the hair to the point to where it doesn’t hold the curl definition. I go into more detail during my hair consultations for what works for YOU specifically. So to clarify: it depends on hair texture, the gel’s hold (soft, med, firm), the moisture level in the hair. I hope this helps. I personally don’t use leave-in with my gel application because I use a soft hold gel..it would make it too soft to define my curls.

My hair could easily go two weeks in a wash n go how ever my scalp is like h3ll no after 7 days 🤣🤣 or I would stretch it longer.. Whether I use product or not my scalp produces quite a bit of sebum which is shocking because as with many I believed we rarely produced sebum.. Which thinking about it now on a scientific level is complete non sense, but so many of us are misinformed about how to care for the hair that grows out of our scalps its so sureal looking at the big picture. Atleast we know now 👏🏾👏🏾

Yes use a bonnet to protect your curls.:) No braiding down if you are wearing a Wash & Go. You should be able to refresh with a couple of drops of penetrating oil.. e.i. Cadence Taylor Beauty Damage Repair Oil.

I use one of those 360 mist spray bottles every morning. When i wake up my hair is flat on all sides. I mist all around and go about getting dressed. By the time i brush teeth, shower n put my eyebrows on, my hair has absorbed the mist , is no longer flay and i only have to spend a few seconds shaping it out with fingers b4 walking out of the door. My last wngl (wash n go later) lasted 10 days. No Oils or butters. I shampoo x's 2, condition (detangle), twist into sections, rinse with twists, style with gel, dry for at 30 min (till 50%dry depending in what im getting into) or till dry if not busy. Love this technique/ channel! Whole process, 3-4 hours including dryer

Hello Debra!! Low heat because it cuts down on frizz. When you dry curls with high heat, the style won’t last as long due to the hair being dried out and frizz occurring.
