Where Can You Find Apple Cider Vinegar?
Target, Walmart, Grocery Store, Amazon, etc
Mixture:
1 Part Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 Parts Water
You can place it in any type of bottle you'd like!

I tried the ACV rinse in my hair for the first time last weekend, and I damn near blinded myself with the vinegar! 😂😂😂😂 It kept dripping in my eyes, but atleast the results turned out great

Thank you for this! Other directions just say to wash and condition hair, THEN apply the ACV mixture and rinse it out. I WREAK of salad dressing! Especially during yoga when I sweat, ugh. I'll do your method of letting it soak for 15 then rinsing and deep conditioning. Blessings beauty!

I wash my hair in the shower and have a small travel size squeeze bottle I pour a bit of apple cider vinegar in and mix with the shower water to fill up the bottle when I'm in the shower. Then apply all of it to wet scalp in shower and let it stay on for a few min before rinsing. It seems to get rid of the shampoo and conditioner better. Don't get it in your eyes! I like the unpasteurised apple cider vinegar 'with the mother' the best. You can use it all around the house to clean, I even add a bit of vinegar to my washing machine for clothes and towels.

Just used ACV for the 1st time. I'm 7 months into my loc journey and my scalp has been going through it!! I used way less ACV than u did (4tbs acv to 16oz water) but might try increasing the amount after a few more tries. Anyone else's scalp feel tingly afterwards? I did use an oil mixture with eucalyptus after washing my hair but it's never felt quite like this before.

The vinegar WITHOUT the cider will harshly strip your hair since the acidity level is higher. Make sure you get the APPPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Hi! I just did this ACV for this wash day. and I incorporate it when I need it! I like to do it after protective styles and because acv rinses have SO many benefits. I really don't have a set regimen for my hair so I will shampoo, treatments, rinses, when my hair needs it! :)
