Before purchasing inform the owner to correct the details by submitting request to RTO office, no need to apply for physical card, only online changes is enough. Then later when u change name u will get new RC with all details. Same method as explained in video, but do it bfr purchase

For this, go to dealer first and then RTO, bcz this to be clarified by them. Bcz engine number will be wrong online too, u will not be able to do any changes bcz of that

For name change only passport or gazette order is considered as proof. You should write a letter to RTO for name correction along with the proof. Once RTO approves , the details will be changed online. Now to get new RC you need to one more transaction preferably address change, u can use same address, no problem. So when new RC comes it will have proper name

Procedure complete cheyyam, change avan 3 days agum. But the only problem is if printing has already started then u need to again do a transaction to get the new rc. Go to rto first and see

Basically for all name related changes you should write a letter to concerned rto with proper reason and proof (passport) and submit to the office. They will do changes in online RC. Now in order to get a new Rc do an address change transaction simply.

Tell the showroom ppl nicely or else go to showroom when its crowded and talk this non sense loudly, 99% they will take responsibility and do necessary corrections. Raise for duplicate RC but its better to do it using an agency, reason is if u apply for duplicate rc then usually in new rc they will mention duplicate which will reduce resale value. So better do name change and address change transaction and get a new one
