Hello D N. Two possibilities: 1) maybe you have pulled the thread too tight 2) the gap in between the beads is too big

You can use any beads size 😊 using all size 11 sb not a problem. You might pulled the string too tight or the gap in between the beads is too big

Hi, if you want it to be hard, you can coat with clear nail polish. About the wavey, it could be you pull the thread too hard and not hard enough. Hope it’s help ☺️

@@mariegilliland2843 If you are using a thread (like Nymo etc.,), switch to a Fireline for the brick stitch, or non-fringe, areas of your earrings, then switch back to thread for the fringe. Fringe needs the softness and flexibility of a thread, where the body of the earring needs something that has a little more structure to support it.
