I come from a basketball training background - banded front squats on top of a bosu ball type-shit - so I absolutely panicked when my gf asked me to help her train legs. However, copying these Jenn workouts and passing them off as my own has saved my relationship. Thank you Dr Mike 🙏

hey dr mike i have a question, if im doing legs and want to do isolations after 1 or 2 compounds (for random example). can you do super sets with quad isolations to glute isolations to calf isolations with ideal muscle stimulus assuming your cardio is really good? the idea is why not if you can, not saying the target is cardio but just a higher quality workout overall

Guys I need some advice on growing upper chest I start with 4 sets incline dumbell press. Then 4 sets cable flies, with an approx 25 degree angle between my streched arms and my body. And at last a machine which immitates a flat press with each arm moving independent. I focus on deep stretch and a controlled negative. After each workout I feel a great soreness in my upper pecs The problem is that i don‘t see any growth there since I started about a year ago. Every other muscle group I train shows good growth, even my lower pecs. I train each muscle 1 times a week because I feel that this is suited best for me Many thanks in advance!
@V8laca4 ай бұрын
Gotta go twice a week minimum (4 x 2 - 8 sets) on your pain spot (upper pecs). Try that for a month. Pretty sure that will help.

I mean honestly i would just train those bench sets at a higher intensity and not do as much all in one session chest work, my chest has grown alot just busting my ass on alternsting overhead press and flat bench every other day during full body training days. You might just not be recovering enough if you do that multiple times a week or you may have two low a frequency of training if you only do that for your chest all week
