just a summary based on what I learned from this video 1. Believe that you are in control of your time. - be flexible with your schedule - have productive things lined up during your free time - look at one unimportant thing and imagine reallocating the time you spent on that thing. 2. being in the moment - take 1 class and schedule a time to study with a friend - be fully there during social events 3. health - exercise and good sleep - mindset / mental health : stop using social media to look at other people's lives and comparing yourself with them. - be yourself in your fullest potential

I actually do the same, usually during our break time I will do my homeworks and try to finish it. If I can't finish it, it would still be good since I already made progress

hi! i wouldn’t agree that “if its important enough you would find time” some people really struggle in life, and i find that to be a bit meritocratic, which is a myth. not a hate ❤ i definitely got inspired to tone up my health in order to achieve academic success. great video 🌱

Super vid, and as usual, with just the right touch of humor. Did anyone else notice that the dumplings at Costco were $3 off? Also, cheers for rinsing the Magic Mind residue to get every last bit! Serious question: Do you have clips of you playing bball that you could post? I think that would be really inspiring for my daughter. Thx.
@wamyy5 Жыл бұрын
Thanks, I appreciate your comment a lot! I try to make it informational and entertaining :) Great catch on the discount, and yes! Can't waste anything haha. I don't have that many of me playing in college, but I'll have some clips of me playing for fun on my Instagram, so you can check them out there! I sometimes include those clips as b-roll too - hope that helps! Good luck to your daughter :)

Finishing your homework straight away is a great tip. Do you actually always stick to your calendar schedule diligently?
@wamyy5 Жыл бұрын
Thank you! I try to do all the things on my calendar but sometimes it’s too ambitious, so I just prioritize and be flexible like that scene where I moved things around!

@@wamyy5 With motivation and how it works. I remember Dwayne Johnson what drives him is having an anchor point. His anchor point is making sure no one else works harder than him. So if he sees someone work hard he is reminded to work harder. I could be wrong but I believe you having a schedule and calendar and diligently following it has been like an anchor point of motivation to complete tasks.
