I do 200 jumping jacks followed by a gap of 1 minute and completes 5 sets. So in total I do 1000 jumping jacks a day. It's the best exercise I have ever done in my life.

Resting on Your toes yeah gotta make sure.. That is important many dont know this and hurt themselves

if i have an healthy diet and do jumping jacks for 10minutes (60seconds x 10sets) will i be able to lose 1kg per week.

Chill Beats well I had a decently healthy diet and did 3 sets with 50 reps in each one almost everyday for 2 months and I went from 155 pounds to 134 pounds I lost 21 pounds in 2 months so yes you can easily lose 1 pound in a week lmao

An excellent way to do this exercise for long term heart health is 5 to 7 sets of 1 minute each with a 3 to 5 minute rest between each set. Also, the video doesn't mention arm muscles being worked but they definitely do get a workout.

I believe so, my knees badly hurt because of the jumping jacks. I recommend not to try this. I don’t know how long the pain will last so don’t.
