I know there is a lot of analysis paralysis in the beginning because there is so much to learn but trust me, just getting started and throwing some stuff out there are testing different things is the only way to learn and grow. I honestly don’t have a ton of experience with all of the tools. I didn’t use any of them for building most of my business but in the last year or so I’ve been using Everbee a lot. I like that Everbee helps me just do what I’m already doing but just faster! Erank is a separate website and I ended up spending way too long looking at the random stuff in their site but it was more data than I thought was needed. So for that reason I like Everbee! But wouldn’t hurt to watch some comparison videos or try each of their free plans and then pick what works best for you!

But I want to know how you bring the new design style, How do you accumulate design inspiration as well as try to stand out from the crowd on the first page? I think bringing the design idea or design style etc, this portion it's so difficult

I know this can be one of the most confusing parts in the beginning. What I would recommend is starting taking screen shots of design layouts/ design styles/ and design colors in separate folders on your phone. Then when you are looking for inspiration, go to those folders and try to think how you can apply those elements or combine elements from a few of the design, for the design you are making right now. Eventually you will find a few design styles you make best and you will just repurpose them for every niche that you design for 100's of times. Hope this helps you!

Cassiy what are your thoughts with shops that list items for super low - only to find out when you click on the listing it is sold out. It gets them on the front page and they get sales, I'm not sure if customer know its a trick like us etsy sellers know it is. Do you think its a good strategy? Also, can you add to your long list if video's to make - explain and show how to use etsy adds? I'm sure its a no-brainer, but my brain is fried these days trying to cram all your good content in it, lol!! Love your channel!!

I think most customers don't even look at the price much until they first see a picture of an item that they like. Personally, if I thought a shirt was $12, I'd think it was bad quality. I wouldn't recommend this process but feel free to try it for a month or two and see how it works for you! I have sold almost 20k items and most at $24.99 shirts with free shipping. Don't overthink it, if you have a good design, good SEO, and good mockups, then you will get sales no matter what the price!

Great question Mary! I didn't use ANY tools the whole 2 years I've been selling up until now that I found EverBee actually. So you don't NEED any of them. I just look through all the first and second page of results for keywords other people have used and come up with my SEO. I think some of those keyword searching tools can definitely give analysis paralysis for finding SEO because you want to find the most searched terms with the least amount of listings but my most searched term this month is "bachelorette party shirts" lol The reason I'm enjoying Everbee is because it does the same thing I would have done anyways by looking through each listing but it just puts them on one page for me and makes it so much faster. I also like being able to see approx how many sales each one has had more easily by sorting them instead of going through to see how many reviews each one has and guessing. So maybe hold off on buying any and focus on the basics first and then consider which ones can help you do what you already do faster.

One thing I wonder is if we are better off looking at items that are having sales success but have been posted more recently. For example, if a shirt has 500 sales but it was originally posted 3 years ago, maybe it's not ranking for the those keywords, but being pushed by Etsy. I don't know. Just a thought. Vs a shirt that is ranking and was just posted 90 days ago.

Everbee’s trademark software just warns you of any potential trademark but it won’t always be trademarked for your item type. I’m still learning how to use that part of it right now so I’ll make a tutorial when I figure it all out!

If you’re supposed to start designing and get products out 8-12 weeks in advance, how do you know what is selling? For instance, say I’m trying to make designs for St. Patrick’s Day now. I use EverBee and Bestsellers to research, but when researching nothing really comes up, mostly because no one is buying anything that far in advance. In this case, how do I know what’s selling? I'm so sorry but I don't understand your question? Are you asking if you want a black shirt with a white design on it and a white shirt with a black design on it in the same listing? You can do these in the same listing by selecting under the design on one of the colors "Make a specific design for white" or "Make a specific design for black", then you add the png in black or white etc. Hope that helps!

No I just don't offer XS. It honestly is never an issue. If someone messages me wanting one, then I tell them to order the small with a note that they want an XS, then I switch it to another provider after they order. But this has literally happed twice ever. Most people wear Medium - XL shirts, you won't sell that many XS.

Hi Cassiy, thank you for the great video. I have a confusion using EverBee. I decided to analyze one sucsessfull Etsy shop and saw it's product analytics. On the top there is number what says Average Mo. Sales, and in this case the number was 47. However, I Etsy says this shop has more than 14000 sales and was opened around March 2022, which means their monthly sales are about 1400. Where is the truth? Thank you.

[e-mail] As for Free shipping, I personally only have ever done free shipping as that is what the life hacker couple recommends but I've seen people be successful charging as well. I think when you are first starting it can be helpful to make your prices look lower than they are, but people are going to buy shirts because they like them, not because one is $4.00 less than another one has always been my thought process.

Hi Mark! You would just make 1.5% less off of your total sales than you did in the past. Like in March I sold about 16k in shirts, so if the fees go up 1.5% then I would have made $240 less last month than I did.

It’s worth noting that if you just copy the words from other designs that are very popular you will likely make no sales as you’ll appear at the bottom of the list in search results. You should at least try to come up with something slightly different.
