*How long should I do it?*
@realtruth14483 жыл бұрын
Starting off I’d do 30 seconds and do that for 20 rounds so you get a solid 10 minutes Or do 45 seconds of 11 rounds to get a solid 10 minutes Also do them as fast as possible

When counting, would it be one, one, two, two...or alternate counting ? if I suppose to do 60 high knees would it be 30 left leg and 30 right leg alternating?

I think this exercise is more time based than rep based. Like running or walking. You count how long you go not how much you do.

Maybe because you aren’t in shape and your coordination isn’t good, who cares if you look weird, just keep doing them
