Yes!! I truly believe it's easilly accessable once you've mastered basic lying chakrasana. The main challenge is to overcome fears 😅

100 dino ki practice ke baad bhi nahi hua par yeh video dekhne ke baad ekdam se ho gaya. Thank you didi. Mere liye mai 3 dino mein ye kar liya yahi mere liye kafi hai

superb. i always try this but not successful so far. cannot go beyond a certain point wherein body will not bend anymore and am scared of breaking some bones. So I lie down and lift shoulder up and give hands to support. But looking at the way you do it, it looks easy and will try to do it this way. main problem is to overcome the fear.

I practised this for two days n third day I could not cz of slight pain on left hand side just at love handles when bending. Doesn't pain when I'm standing. I only felt pain during when I raised my hands to bend. Otherwise it doesn't hurt when I put my hands on shoulders to bend. I don't have any sickness or muscles problem. Hardly visit doctor. What's your advise on this apart from visiting the doctor. Oh and I'm a beginner and a bit flexible.

Hey hi start with 3 reps and you can for 3 to 5 breaths and then slowly you can increase the reps.

D way you explained was to good.. How long it will take for d muscles to get toned, Because I'm remaining in d same weight for past 3 months but my abdomen, gluteal and thigh muscles have become very lose. My slim fit dresses are not fitting.. What hasanas should I practise to tone these muscles and how many times shd I perform it??

Thanks a lot. This is just too amazing. And looks like a very very advanced level. Your instructions are very good. Think it will take me months to get here though I can do rising from the ground Chakrasana. I sometimes do this using the wall though. Do you think that is okay?

Dear i want to know how to balance on hand during few asanas like from adhamokasavansana to utanasana i observed they balance on hand which i am trying since long but i am unable to do please suggest me
