superb. i always try this but not successful so far. cannot go beyond a certain point wherein body will not bend anymore and am scared of breaking some bones. So I lie down and lift shoulder up and give hands to support. But looking at the way you do it, it looks easy and will try to do it this way. main problem is to overcome the fear.

I practised this for two days n third day I could not cz of slight pain on left hand side just at love handles when bending. Doesn't pain when I'm standing. I only felt pain during when I raised my hands to bend. Otherwise it doesn't hurt when I put my hands on shoulders to bend. I don't have any sickness or muscles problem. Hardly visit doctor. What's your advise on this apart from visiting the doctor. Oh and I'm a beginner and a bit flexible.

How long it will take for d muscles to get toned, Because I'm remaining in d same weight for past 3 months but my abdomen, gluteal and thigh muscles have become very lose.
