It’s all about practice and your basic practice should be strong also you should work on your spine and shoulder flexibility. So keep trying practice safety and don’t push too much, forget about the time and practice every day.

I practice yoga whenever possible and do Sun salutation, table, bridge and camel. Due to overweight I have not been able to reach this Asana and the Halasana. Do you encourage overweight people to slowly start getting into this pose? Also can you show how to get into Halasana? Thank you.

If you are practice these mentioned asana practice regularly then I think you should continue the same, you don’t really need to force your self to get into these postures. Your body itself will get adopted to these eventually. Will surely make a video on halasana shortly 😊🙏

Neha ji, Can you give or show a person doing chakrasan if the age is around 67/68 years old? Because you show little baby doing chakrasan whose age is hardly 16/18 years old. And her bones are tender, so easily makes chakrasan after little practice. Please show us doing chakrasan who has crossed his age 65 and above.

All the practices that you hqve demonstrated to do before chakrasana is for the lower body. Nothing at all to strengthen the shoulder, upper arms and wrist which will support the whole torso. People cannot even lift up ..they will end up doing something like sethubandhasan.

JoAnne Denison hi, I'm also a Yoga practitioner, have also faced same prob. All I did is worked on my arm strength by pushups, which helped me much more for achieving this pose. Hope it works for you!
