Hell yeah! Thank you! Triangles are the second submission I learned when I first started and I still struggle with them a lot.

Great coach, very clear and digestible. I've learnt a lot from the free content, will buy the course when funds permit.

I was in your shoes a couple months ago; I won my NAGA tournament because of my mentality and preparation. My mindset was simple: I will beat this person, no matter who they are. I trained hard for this, and I trusted that my preparation would show during the matches. When I trained, I focused on drilling what I know best and executing the techniques that work for me. I didn’t try anything new or flashy-I just stuck to my strengths. I also made sure to review any mistakes I might have been making in training and fixed them. That way, I didn’t let bad habits or errors hold me back during the competition Hope this helps, and good luck!
