I have been working out for over 20 years. It will be different for each person to exercise like this, but I think you will need to exercise for at least 3 years or more.

👌허리에 좋은 운동 너무 많지만, 그 중에서도 최고는 허리를 늘려주면서 척추기립근을 강화시켜주는 운동이 최고지요...👉일반인들은 맨몸 스쿼트🫴 매일 50회씩만 해도 허리에 무리 없이 좋은 운동효과를 볼 수 있습니다👍👍👍
