1. Investigation into the situation (Research) 2. Considering the perspective of the Stakeholders(What problem are you trying to solve) 3. Analyse their needs (What activities they perform daily, their pain points, BPM - use various elicitation method (interview, workshop, observation, document analysis) to extract those information and validate them 4. Evaluation the solution options with business, technical team, technology team, Regulator & compliance, Process owners, Process level users, underwriters 5. Define Requirement (Use cases, User Stories, Functional, NFR, Wireframes, Data dictionary)
