How to easily fix warped vanes in seconds! Bow hunting tip!

Your tip worked great! I had tried the steam method with limited results, but the heat gun worked fantastic! I put my Harbor Freight heat gun on low, warming one side of the vane and then the other side, and rotating the arrow while moving the gun back and forth, being careful not to allow it to get too hot. I tried doing it about the speed and distance from the vane as you demonstrated and it worked perfectly! One heat gun, a smidgeon of patience, and your advise landed me arrows that look like new again! Thanks!

Great video thanks for the tip!. Been a woman i dont have a heat gun so i used the next best thing my hairdryer! 6months ago i ordered some arrows and the postman decided to push them thro the letterbox.The flights ended up very twisted so am really pleased this trick worked! thankyou ;-)

Works best with heat guns that have a low temp (but still much higher than hair dryer) . I could literally touch the vanes with the heat gun tip for longer time and reshape them.
