I am about to scream! So when I was a child my best friend was Vietnamese. I’d go over his house a lot. One night we ate this for dinner and I loved it, I asked what it was called and they paused and said “vietnamese pizza?” I guess they’d figured it’d be too hard for my young American brain to pronounce. But I have spent my life looking for Vietnamese pizza!!! This is what I wanted!

1 banh xeo here in SoCal is like $14 bro 😢 But fortunately we put in the work here at home & eat for days. Only thing I don't enjoy is all the oil splatter in the kichen. The 3 ways you demo'd is exactly how my fam enjoys it depending how much we want to consume.
