Yo Stain, one of the tips I have to separate ourselves from our thoughts is treating ourselves as an RPG game player. Treat our bodies as the RPG characters and you are the controller in front of the monitor. It works for me when I approached a few hot girls in the past. Good luck to y'all in 2023, kings!
