Hi... You have to connect 120Hz compatible devices like PS5 or Xbox and keep HDMI signal mode as Enhanced/2.1, the 120Hz option will be visible in the device connected. There is no option in TV to activate.

Hi sir,I bought a boat Avante bar 1300 and connected it to my OnePlus tv u1 via hdmi arc ,while I power on the tv the sounbar is also powering on and showing the mode as hdmi but no sound is coming ,i nedd to go to inputs of tv and then hdmi arc and now if go back and play the sound is coming or if is switch off and on the soundbar the sound is coming.i nedd to refresh the ip of tv or sitch off and on the soundbar every time I power on tv,is there any solution.appreciate ur answer!!

Hey... It seems like Boat Avante is having issues with the TV. As only users with that soundbar are having issues of connectivity. Team's also looking into to see what could be the problem. May be HDMI CEC issue on the Boat Soundbar. Can you check once by Turning off CEC on TV and turn both TV and Soundbar Separately.

@@IAmGizmogeek hi bro tried it no luck,this sound bar also have the problem of low sound of voice or dialogue and suddenly high sound at bgm.u know OnePlus u1 speakers are not good which I best soundbar u recommend that doesn't go up and down .plzz help me.waiting for ur reply

@@The_Ashwatthama try changing HDMI cable and check once. All low end Soundbars have the same issue of high BGM and low dialogues. Generally very high end Soundsystem have good Dynamic balance to avoid it. Even 50k worth sound system faces this issue sometimes. There will be modes in sound system, change them and see, one of them should give better voice.

@@The_Ashwatthama Very difficult. I don't personally know of any. In HDMI ARC options select PCM, that should help a bit.
