Help Sir, I have mac pro 5.1. i purchased a rx580 chinese model and for that i made gop enable but my gpu was not working so from bootcamp i installed window 11 but from a recent update my window goes on a blue screen of death . I formated my ssd after that i tried install OPENCORE from your guide everything work fine till apple logo and progress bar complete. It always stuck there. I have mac pro 5.1 mid 2010 with 48gb ram with Rx580 chinese version. Pls help

You'll need to cross flash the GPU.
