How to Enable the Local Security Policy Editor on Windows 11 Home Edition

If you are running Windows 11 Home edition or even Windows 10 Home, you might have noticed that you cannot open the Local Security Policy console to edit the security settings on your computer. Fortunately, it's easy to enable the Local Security Policy tool in Windows Home with just a couple of commands.
Here are the commands from the video.

This only appears to work, but some of the features don't work. When I configure things in the Windows Firewall or Software Restriction Policies - registry changes get stored in the current_user area instead of the local_machine area - and don't have any effect.
