Great video - are there any temporary solutions for the ganglion cyst? Trauma in my foot occurred a few years ago but it has resurfaced in last couple days and I have a marathon soon ! Anything helps !

Pretty sure I have a bone spur on top of my and looking to have minimal invasive surgery on it. What kind of down time could I be looking at?

Surgery to remove a bone spur is a reasonably straightforward procedure. It's safe and should have no adverse effects for the future.
