Yes, I've done it myself, and it's pretty straightforward. You can use the info in this video as a guide to procedures and settings. FreeWare FOREVER! Also, check out Candle as a GCode sender for cutting and engraving.

Why when I set it for black tile in imagr . It does not come into lb as negative? That's cost me multiple tile creations

That‘s an issue on your end. The image is inverted after you chose black tile. Probably you have also set negative in lightburn, so it‘s double negative = positive
